These prices are just starting amounts for each service. If you require specific or additional services they will be added to the cost of the package or service you select. As each event is unique and requires specific management and tools, each event will get its own custom package and pricing.
There will be an additional charge for any travel and accommodations that the planner will need depending on the location of the event.
Full Service Planning

This package is a starting cost for an all inclusive package that covers everything from preplanning to the day of coordination.
Day of Coodination
$2,200
This includes a preplanning consultation, customized timelines, help with the rehearsal and timeline and detail management the day of the event.
vendor management
$1,000
This package will assist you in vendor sourcing and outreach that will also include coordinating your vendors the day of your event. This is a service that can be added to other packages.
Design and decor
$1,000
This is our most variable service because it is depending not only on what is chosen for the time and cost of creating and or executing any specific items or ideas that will be required for your event.
